Supporting apprentices and employers to minimise attrition.

Apprenticeship completion rates have remained static for years. Esher House has thoroughly researched and tested assessment and intervention practices with thousands of apprentices to develop and deliver truly revolutionary support that reduces attrition.

You will be able to establish at sign-up whether an apprentice is truly committed to their new apprenticeship. We identify the 40%+ who are in danger of dropping out at that early stage! We are then able to track them in-training to provide a drop-out early warning system, and then inform your support teams exactly the contact regime and what to address with each individual apprentice.

The apprentice is only half the equation. We are also able to ascertain an employer’s genuine readiness and commitment to an apprenticeship or traineeship and suggest solutions-focused ways to enhance their supervision to maximise the return-on-investment from training their workforce.
